Nadler: 'Responsibility now falls to Congress to hold the president accountable'

In a press conference, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Nadler says that the Mueller report "outlines disturbing evidence that President Trump engaged in obstruction of justice," and says that it's up to Congress to hold Trump accountable for his actions. When asked about potential impeachment proceedings, he says that the report "was probably written with the intent to provide Congress a roadmap."
