DNC likely to reject plan for virtual voting in Iowa caucuses
A few months away from the Iowa caucus, the Iowa Democratic Party wanted to change how Iowans vote. The move would allow Iowans not attending the hours-long gathering in February to vote in a virtual caucus from the comfort of their homes.
