Today a judge rejected a bid to dismiss a criminal invasion of privacy charge against embattled Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. Greitens was indicted in February on a single felony count of invasion of privacy after allegedly trying to blackmail his mistress with revealing her naked photograph, which he denies.
