Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., says to Alex Witt that he’s not sure whether or not the government will shut down, and if it does, it might only be for a short amount of time. He said that the House cannot continue with the ”my way or the highway” attitude. He does believe that there are some sensible GOP members in the house who believe that this situation is out of hand.
