EPA to limit science used to write public health rules
According to the New York Times, the Trump administration has floated a proposal that would severely limit how science shapes public health. The draft obtained by the Times “would require that scientists disclose all of their raw data, including confidential medical records, before the [EPA] could consider an academic study’s conclusions.” Penn State University Professor of Atmospheric Science Michael Mann joins Katy Tur to discuss.
