DACA recipients got a win Friday when a federal judge ruled for the program to be reinstated. It’s a blow to President Trump, who has been continuously trying to end the program before he leaves the White House. DACA is just one of the many programs and policies the incoming Biden-Harris administration will need to address when it comes to tackling immigration, especially after four years of the Trump administration.
