Laurence Tribe tells Lawrence O’Donnell that during the Clinton impeachment trial, even the people who opposed Bill Clinton’s impeachment “thought that the country was important, the Constitution was important” and thought it was important to take the oath to be an impartial juror seriously. “No one in those days would have said, I’m not going to be impartial.”
