Should Colorado and Florida deal with disasters alone?
Mitt Romney wants to cut spending for agencies like FEMA, even as states are fighting devastating floods and fires. Romney has said the states should be on their own when it comes to disaster relief. He's also suggested disaster relief be privatized, but he hasn't been specific.
