Mitt Romney does not like to talk about the landmark health care reform he signed into law in Massachusetts. In fact, when Romney talks about "Romney-care" he gets into big trouble with conservatives. But Romney's health care reform has become the gold standard and set the stage for the Affordable Care Act.
