Shutdown reality check

If lawmakers can’t agree on a temporary spending bill by midnight, Americans will be waking up to some noticeable changes.  Among them, military members will get IOUs in place of their paychecks, passport applications will be stalled, parks and national monuments will be closed to tourists.  MSNBC's Craig Melvin and NBC's John Yang reports.Sept. 30, 2013
