New study estimates Hurricane Maria killed nearly 3,000 in Puerto Rico

A new study released from the George Washington School of Public Health estimates that nearly 3,000 people were killed during Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. This study is much higher than the number originally reported by the government which said 64 had died.Aug. 28, 2018
