President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will travel to Buffalo, NY Tuesday after a racially motivated shooting left 10 people dead. Police say the suspected shooter’s online manifesto showed intentions to attack more than one target. It comes as some on the right come under scrutiny for echoing the false “replacement theory” which was cited by the suspected gunman.
