Man says he was brutally beaten for being gay

Burke Burnett says he was beaten, stabbed and burned by three men at a party in Reno, Texas, all because he is gay. The suspects have been charged with aggravated assault, but police say it will be up to a grand jury to decide whether the attack is prosecuted as a hate crime.
