Hours after Harvey Weinstein's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said the disgraced TV mogul would not testify before a grand jury, the same panel has now indicted him on two sets of rape and sex crime charges. Caroline Polisi, Criminal Defense Attorney, reacts: "You can indict a ham sandwich, question is whether or not they can now convince a criminal jury," adding, "He'd be a fool to go to trial, he should try to negotiate a deal and take what he can get."May 31, 2018
