Economy adds more jobs in October, unemployment stays low


The U.S. Department of Labor announced the economy grew 128,000 new jobs in October, but the unemployment rate ticked up slightly to 3.6%. Chief economist at Grant Thornton Diane Swonk joins Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle to discuss the report and the China trade deal.
