One month after the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary that took the lives of 26 women and children, family and friends of the victims launched the group, Sandy Hook Promises, calling for a national dialogue on gun violence. Also, Vice President Biden gave President Obama his gun violence taskforce recommendations.
