Report: No link between Ground Zero & cancer

A new report claims there is not enough evidence to determine whether the smoke and cloud produced by the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center caused cancer, delivering a major setback to Ground Zero rescue and recovery workers who have since been diagnosed with the disease.
