It's Earth Week, which makes it an especially important time to think about climate change, its impact on our environment, and what we can do about it.

As part of Earth week, Chris Hayes, host of All In With Chris Hayes, and Bill McKibben, founder of 350.org, are hosting a conversation about climate change on Twitter this Wednesday, April 23 at 4:30 p.m. Chris and Bill will discuss the Keystone XL pipeline, the dangerous effects of climate change, and the global environmental movement.
