Gen. Eaton: US 'lost moral high ground'
Some opposition to recent CIA practices comes from voices who know the war against terror well - voices within the *military.* Recently, two retired generals called on President Obama to unconditionally support the U-N Convention Against Torture saying “there is no room for moral ambiguity on torture". Retired Major General Paul Eaton, who served in Iraq & one of the military leaders who fought to close Guantanamo Bay, stands with them.
