Baltimore suit blames oil and gas companies for climate change

Cities, states and counties across the country have found a new way to combat climate change. They’ve taken oil and gas companies to state court. Their argument is that the energy companies knowingly sell products that cause harm. According to the city of Baltimore, oil and gas atmospheric warming causes rising sea levels, frequent heat waves and more extreme weather events.
