The bill to take away collective bargaining rights for public sector union workers in Wisconsin has made it through both chambers, and now it's headed to Gov. Walker's desk.

NBC News reports Gov. Walker has stated he will sign it "as quickly as I legally can".  His spokesman says, that won't be today.
