Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has raised 4.5 million dollars in just under 5 weeks and 60 percent of the money is coming from outside the state. 

During a typical election Wisconsin governors can only except donations under $10,000 but in a recall anything goes. The largest contribution Walker accepted totaled 500,000 dollars from a single donor in Texas.
