Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) hit House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) this morning for refusing to break the budget crisis over one issue: a policy rider defunding Planned Parenthood. He said, “The number had been agreed on, the only issue left was women’s health, Title X, that’s it,” Reid said. He also added, "We are not bending on women’s health." Earlier on Morning Joe, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) slammed Republicans for their "ideological riders."
