Gov. Bobby Jindal started an ice storm when he challenged Joe to take the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS awareness. Joe challenged Mika and a double dousing ensued.

Joe and Mika challenged Carole King to take the challenge, amongst others.

King obliged, challenging her daughter Louise Goffin to join the icey-cold charity action, too.

ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects voluntary motion and in later stages, causes paralysis and eventually death, according to the ALS Association. The Ice Bucket Challenge has raised more than $22.9 million to date for the ALS Association.
