Republicans are pushing Speaker John Boehner to defund Obamacare in any spending bill, but it seems unlikely the speaker may build a House majority on a bill that President Barack Obama could sign. If this move does happen, the Republican party would be to blame if a government shutdown occurs, as Sens. Tom Coburn and Richard Burr continue to argue this point.  As Republicans attempt to cobble a legislative strategy in August, the White House will prepare for a fight this fall over the budget and the debt limit.
