Donald Trump: Bill Clinton has 'terrible record of women abuse'

The Republican front-runner said he was unafraid of Hillary's pledge to use her spouse as a "secret weapon" in her campaign.

Donald Trump intensified his attack on President Bill Clinton on Monday, saying the Democratic front-runner's husband has a "terrible record of women abuse."

The Republican front-runner said he was unafraid of Hillary's pledge to use her spouse as a "secret weapon" in her campaign.

"If Hillary thinks she can unleash her husband, with his terrible record of women abuse, while playing the women's card on me, she's wrong!" he said in a tweet.

Trump has already accused Bill Clinton of a "penchant for sexism," and last week caused a storm for calling Clinton's debate bathroom break "disgusting" and for saying she had been "schlonged" in the 2008 Democratic primary.

She has not responded directly to his comments, but told the Des Moines Register that she deplored his "inflammatory rhetoric."

"Nothing really surprises me anymore. I don't know that he has any boundaries at all. His bigotry, his bluster, his bullying have become his campaign," she said.
