Converse shoe lovers with sore feet, meet the Chuck 2 (officially, the "Chuck II"). The iconic Chuck Taylor All Stars just got a cushiony makeover — its first redesign in nearly a century.

Available to buy starting July 28, the new "Chucks" feature Lunarlon sockliner, a lightweight bouncy arch cushioning that can be found in models by Nike, which Converse bought in 2003. The new version also touts micro-suede perforated lining, a foam padded collar, and a non-slip tongue.

Despite all the premium upgrades, Chuck II looks a lot like Chuck I. Just like their predecessor they're made of canvas and sport the classic embroidered All Star patch.

The new Chucks come in white, black, red, and blue and retail for $70.

YOUR TAKEAWAY: You can soon get Chucks with the same classic look but actually feel comfortable.
