Ariel Castro is expected to be sentenced to life in prison plus one thousand years for abducting and tormenting three women for a decade. Thirty-two year old Michelle Knight was one of the captives and is expected to testify. We’ll have the latest on the court’s proceedings.

President Barack Obama will meet with lawmakers on Thursday to address their concerns over the NSA’s surveillance programs. This meeting comes a day after President Obama authorized the release of more NSA documents  detailing the scope of their surveillance programs. Congressmen Jared Polis, D-Colo., and Justin Amash, R-Mich., worked together on a bill to curb the NSA’s program and will discuss their concerns on Jansing & Co.

Some Republicans are seizing upon the transgressions of a few politicians to accuse Democrats of a ”war on women.” Our panel will discuss the merits of this claim and we’ll have the latest on the politicians that have fueled the fight, including San Diego Mayor Bob Filner and NYC mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner.

After a very public dispute with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul wants to bury the hatchet. Paul has invited Christie to D.C. to resolve the dispute over a beer, but Christie declined the offer saying he was to busy running for re-election. Our strategists will discuss the feud and if the rift  is a microcosm of the divide between libertarians and the rest of the GOP.

And basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal is teaming up with the Boys and Girls Club of America to promote its “tools for back to school campaign.” He and his mother Lucille O’Neal, both former members of the Boys and Girls Club will join Jansing & Co. to discuss their campaign with the club.
