Must read: Should doctors be drug tested?

My must read is about a proposal in California based pretty much on this proposition: If a bus driver is subject to random drug testing --and after all, he’s got your kids’ lives in his hands –- well, shouldn’t a doctor e subjected to random drug testing, too?
