There’s plenty of political action inside the Beltway: the Senate ‘Gang of Eight’ seems to be on the verge of announcing a deal on immigration reform; Pat Toomey and Joe Manchin are closing the gap on background checks for gun sales; and President Obama is ready to reveal his 2014 budget.
