Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush may be from opposite sides of the political aisle, but their friendship on social media seems to transcend politics.

The two former presidents bantered back and forth on social media on Wednesday. Clinton started by tweeting about receiving his copy of George W. Bush's new book about his father, George H.W. Bush, and describing it as a "touching tribute!" Then, he added the hashtag #HowAreYouSTILLNotOnTwitter, poking fun at the fact that George W. Bush has not joined Twitter.

Bush, however, had his comeback ready... on Instagram. He posted a screenshot of Clinton's tweet on his Instagram account and responded: "Thanks, 42! Hope you like the book about your pal, #41. #HowAreYouSTILLNotOnInstagram #PresidentialGrammers #BrotherFromAnotherMother"
