Scarborough on Medicare: Democrats aren't going to do anything

Joe Scarborough: "We've been asking the White House to do this for years [address Medicare], to lead because it's so critical. Right now, Paul Ryan is the only person that's done that and he's being savaged by the left. It really is akin to a doctor opening up a patient, seeing cancer everywhere inside and closing the patient back up and saying, 'You're doing fine.' I think Democrats aren't going to do anything. I think they're going to demagogue this issue over the next couple of years. President Obama has punted on fiscal commissions, on entitlement proposals, and so I think the only way for this debate to move forward is for the Republican party to reframe the debate."
