Ever since I visited the Minnesota State Fair years ago and saw the awesomeness that is Dairy Princesses posing for butter sculptures, I have had a soft spot for artists who work in that slipperiest of artistic media. So this year, imagine how great to find that the now-defunct Space Shuttle program has been honored by being depicted in butter at the Ohio State Fair. I'm not sure what the artist calls his work, but I call it "Houston, we have a cholesterol problem."
