DNC responds to Wisconsin Dems

Three weeks until the Wisconsin recall election, and Gov. Scott Walker has been massively outspending his Democratic rival. But now Tom Barrett may be getting some help from the DNC and its Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.
