NPR’s Totenberg: 'Not normal' for WH to block Kavanaugh documents
NPR legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg tells MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin that it’s not normal for the White House to refuse to release 100,000 documents from Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s service in the George W. Bush administration. But, Totenberg says it’s also not normal for a nominee to have previously served in the White House for as long as Kavanaugh did. Also joining the conversation, Justin Walker, former clerk for Kavanaugh, and Andrew Desiderio, congressional reporter for the Daily Beast.
