Dr. Peter Hotez, the Director of Texas Children’s Hospital’s Center for Vaccine Development, joins MSNBC’s Yasmin Vossoughian to analyze how COVID-19 treatments work, and how an eventual vaccine could be developed and distributed. Additionally, Hotez, also the Founding Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine, explains the science behind Regeneron’s antibody cocktail, which was administered to President Trump.
