'Chappaquiddick' revives debate around deadly Ted Kennedy scandal

Ted Kennedy died known as the “Lion of the Senate” — well respected for his achievements as a progressive voice in the upper chamber. “Chappaquiddick” is a new and controversial film opening this weekend depicting one of the events that marked his life forever. It tells the story of a tragic car accident that led to the death of his passenger and campaign strategist Mary Jo Kopechne when he drove off a small bridge and into a pond in Chappaquiddick, Massachusetts.
