Dem Rep: GOP shouldn't pick and choose

03:47

Rep. Frank Pallone, D-N.J., talks with MSNBC’s Mara Schiavocampo about the recent vote in Congress to pass a bill that would guarantee furloughed Federal workers their pay for all the time off the job they incur during the shutdown. Rep. Pallone agrees with the bill but he still urges the House to pass a clean bill on Monday so that the government will reopen. He says that the Republican leadership shouldn’t pick and choose what should reopen and what shouldn’t.
