    Deconstructing the Affordable Care Act

Managing Director of PWC’s Health Research Institute Ceci Connolly talks about the Affordable Care Act with MSNBC’s Alex Witt. Connolly says that a government shutdown would not affect healthcare exchanges, however some parts of the Affordable Care Act, such as its spanish language website, would be delayed. She estimates that 23-24 million people will be newly insured within the next decade thanks to the law.
