According to a report from the New York Times, intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that the September 2022 attack on the Nord Stream pipelines in the Baltic Sea that transports Russian gas to Europe was carried out by a pro-Ukrainian group. NBC News’ Molly Hunter has the details.
