Hispanic lawmakers tour facility where migrant children died in border patrol custody

Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus are touring the Customs and Border Patrol centers in New Mexico. They are looking to find out the circumstances of the recent death of two Guatemalan children in CBP custody. Jakelin Caal Maquin, 7, and Felipe Gómez Alonzo, 8, died within weeks of each other in December. NBC News’ Mariana Atencio reports.Jan. 7, 2019
