‘Unforced errors’ in Afghanistan

The United States is still responding to the fallout of the Quran burnings in Afghanistan and most recently from the U.S. soldier who allegedly killed 16 Afghan civilians, but according to the Washington Post's Rajiv Chandrasekaran who joins the UP discussion on the war, those events are a series of "unforced errors" in the war effort.
