Texas state congressman introduces bill to block abortion law

Texas Governor Rick Perry’s signature on a sweeping bill banning abortion after 20 weeks barely had time to dry before three Republican lawmakers introduced yet another anti-abortion bill. The “Fetal Abortion Bill” would ban the procedure after only six weeks of pregnancy. State Rep. Harold Dutton has introduced a bill in the Texas House that would block anti-abortion laws until the state’s death penalty is abolished.
