Supreme Court sends affirmative action case back to lower court

The Supreme Court reached a decision in the affirmative action case, deciding to send it back to a federal appeals court for review. Fisher claimed that her constitutional rights and federal civil rights laws were being violated. SCOTUS Blog’s Tom Goldstein discusses the impact of this ruling.
