Reproductive rights suffer setbacks in Texas and North Carolina

2013 is shaping up to be one of the worst years yet for reproductive freedom since abortion was first legalized, as states have taken on record restrictions for clinics and women seeking to have the procedure. Soon both Texas, and North Carolina will be added to the list.
