A new NBC report found that anti-vaccine activists, after being shut out from platforms like Facebook and YouTube, turned to local news stations to spread misinformation. NBC’s Joshua Johnson speaks with the Poynter Institute’s Kelly McBride about the ethics surrounding local media coverage of these events. "One story done badly can do a lot of damage," McBride said.
