Buffalo Bills’ playoff game to serve as a model for a wider re-opening of businesses in New York

For the first time this season, Buffalo Bills fans will be allowed to attend the team’s upcoming playoff game, but with strict protocols in place, including Covid testing, masking and social distancing rules. It’ll be used as a litmus test for the reopening of large events in the state of New York, including concerts and Broadway performances. NBC’s Joshua Johnson spoke to Mark Leibovitch of the New York Times and Dr. Jon Cohen, whose organization, BioReference Laboratories, will be responsible for testing at the game, about game-day logistics and what will be required to safely conduct similar mass-events.
