SCOTUS to hear case on FBI Muslim surveillance program


The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments in a case being brought against the FBI for the surveillance of Muslim-Americans. While there’s a lot we still don’t know about these surveillance efforts, here’s what we do know: They infringed on Muslims’ civil liberties and did lasting harm to their communities.
