Harris County officials are planning to sue the state of Texas after Republicans passed two bills that would allow them to take over the elections in just Harris County, the Democratic stronghold. Texas State Rep. Jolanda Jones tells MSNBC’s Ali Velshi that Democrats will not stop fighting against GOP efforts to “take Harris County back to the Jim Crow days.”
