Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) joined Lawrence O’Donnell after attending a bipartisan meeting in the Oval Office with nine other lawmakers to discuss President Biden’s infrastructure plan. Sen. Hickenlooper says if Republicans and Democrats can’t come together on infrastructure, “we’re going to have a hard time finding a better place.”
